思い込み ～the belief～

思い込みというのは怖い。

作りものを見て、これが真実だと思い込んでしまったり、

何かを体験して、感じたネガティブなものが

本当だと思い込んでしまう。

それは自分自身ではないかもしれないのに。

思い込みというフレームを外してみよう。

The belief is scary.
I take an artifact to be true.
I am convinced that the negative thing which I experienced is true.
It may not be oneself.
I will take off a frame called the belief.
